The Loaded Kanthaka was built to do anything and everything that you could possibly want. Take your old street deck, make it larger, stiffer and more comfortable and you have the Loaded Kanthaka. It's everything you could want in a double kick. Blunt slides, 360s, grinds, fat shuv-its, and giant ollies will be a breeze. It comes in two widths, Standard 8.625" and Wide 8.875" to cater to all riders.
Don't you worry about razor-tail or de-lamination, the Loaded Kanthaka is constructed out of vertically laminated bamboo, fiberglass and has carbon fibre reinforced tails, so you can be sure it'll last you a loooooooong time. For your comfort, the fiberglass and bamboo construction of this board dampens impacts after big ollies and dampens the feeling of rough pavement.

Features:
Rocker & Concave: To provide a locked in feel when riding between the trucks, as seen on the Bhangra and Chubby Unicorn. The Loaded Kanthaka has been designed with a gently rockered platform (enough to create a comfortable interface for sliding) that transitions smoothly into the kicks and an elliptical concave profile. The concave near the centre line of the board is quite shallow which ramps up gently near the rails.
Integrated Wheel Wells/Flares: The wheel well flares on the Loaded Kanthaka are a direct inspiration from the Chubby Unicorn. Designed to enhance clearance on both conventional and reverse kingpin trucks.
Nose & Tail Kicks: The kicktails on the Loaded Kanthaka are designed to provide excellent leverage for slides and manoeuvrability. They extend from the standing platform at a relatively shallow angle to generate a quick and give the Loaded Kanthaka a well balanced pop. The nose and tail share the same profile shape, but the nose is slightly steeper than the tail.
Flex & Damping: Solid for speed and crisp for pop, the Loaded Kanthaka’s bamboo and fibreglass construction is stiff without feeling overbuilt. The board has been designed with a very minute amount of longitudinal flex - just enough to soak up some road vibration and help keep the ride smooth.
Graphics: The Loaded Kanthaka graphic is a reproduction of an early Colonial quilt reflected in the glacier glasses of a Tibetan Sherpa as he dives into a high-elevation emerald lake.
GripTape: The griptape pattern on the Kanthaka provides functional coverage on the kicks, standing platform, and rails for reliable traction and control in all applications. There are subtle pickaxe cutouts designed to assist the griptape in conforming to the dished surface curvature in the pockets outside of the bolts, where the combination of wheel well flares and kicktail transitions generate enhanced lateral support for your feet.
